I’m so glad you’re here.

hello kindred spirit

Come on in - take a breath, settle in, and make yourself at home. Imagine a warm, welcoming space where intention is felt in the air, and every corner holds a gentle invitation to slow down and simply be.

This space opens the door to the heart of what lights me up - energy healing, living with intention, trusting intuition, soulful connection, and honoring the wisdom within.

In this space, I offer a glimpse into my world - one shaped by childhood wonder, intuitive sensitivity, natural healing, and the meaningful signs and synchronicities that continue to guide the way.

So go ahead - bring your crystals, your questions, your curiosity.

Here's a cozy cup just for you - maybe a floral herbal tea, a warm cacao elixir, or a frothy matcha.. each one infused with intention and the energy of love, presence, and the kind of care that feels like home.

I believe there’s more to this life than what we can see or touch — that beauty, energy, and meaning are woven into the ordinary moments all around us. I see the world as deeply connected, full of signs, rhythms, and quiet invitations to pause and listen.

Whether it’s a message in a dream, a feather on the ground, or the way a certain moment gives me goosebumps — I notice. I feel. I trust. Life feels richer when I slow down and stay present with what’s right in front of me, even if I don’t fully understand it yet.

I believe we’re meant to notice the synchronicities, the subtle nudges, the quiet ways the universe speaks. I don’t see them as coincidences. I see them as reminders that we’re supported, guided, and connected — always.
To me, living intentionally means moving through life with awareness. It means trusting the soft inner voice, choosing love over fear, and making space for beauty, even in the small things.

I don’t believe in rushing through life or ticking boxes just because we’re told to. I believe in tuning in. It means following the path that calls to me — even when it looks different. Trusting inner guidance. Making space for wonder. And letting love — real, unshakable, heart-centered love — be the thread that carries us home.

Sacred Signs

I notice things. Not just what’s in plain sight — but the quiet in-between. The shimmer in a moment, the way light moves through leaves, the feeling in the air when something is about to shift.

It’s like the world speaks in subtleties — gentle nudges, patterns, sensations — and I’ve always been drawn to listen. There’s a rhythm to it… a kind of conversation with life itself. Sometimes it shows up as synchronicity, other times as intuition or a deep pull — something that doesn’t make sense...until it does.

Energy has always been part of how I experience the world. Not as a concept, but as a felt presence — in nature, in people, in spaces. It’s what helps me recognize truth, sense alignment, and move through the world with more intention and care.

The way I experience the world

Where it all began

One of my earliest memories, when I was about five years old, is feeling energy between my hands -like something soft and magnetic, expanding and returning with each motion. I didn't have words for it then, but something about it felt familiar...like I already knew.

There were moments growing up - often quiet ones - when I'd get a feeling, a kind of knowing that if I placed my hands on someone, I could somehow offer healing through them. Sometimes, I'd gently place my hands on my mom's knees or ankles, drawn by that same quiet instinct. I didn't know where the idea came from - no one had ever talked about energy or healing in my world.

Still, that inner knowing stayed with me.

there’s something grounding in the way plants support us. A warm cup of intentionally selected herbal tea has become one of my favorite ways to slow down and reconnect.

I’ve always felt drawn to herbal remedies and the quiet ritual of making tea

I love the quiet clarity that comes through when I sit, breathe, and simply listen. I often give myself Reiki during this quiet time, letting the energy flow through my hands as I tune in. Whether it’s grounding or one of those unexpected downloads that seem to arrive out of nowhere — it feels magical every time.

Meditation brings me home to myself.

There’s something about being barefoot in the kitchen, warm cup in hand, soft music playing, and everyone still asleep — it’s one of my favorite ways to start the day.

I love waking up to sunshine pouring through the windows and the quiet comfort of slow mornings.

Everyday Magic

checking on what’s growing — the seeds I planted, the herbs and vegetables, the flowers just beginning to bloom. I notice how much things can change overnight — a sprout that wasn’t there the day before, blossoms suddenly bursting open, strawberries that have doubled in size.

Out in the garden, I walk barefoot past the trees,

Long summer evenings when the light lasts and the air feels gentle… early fall days with that cozy shift in the air and the feeling that something special is beginning. I even love a good thunderstorm when I’m wrapped in a blanket with nowhere to be — and those summer-stormy days when I step outside just to feel the wind and the weather, arms stretched wide, laughing — it makes me feel so alive and like a little kid again.

I’ve always been drawn to warmth

Home is my favorite place to be. I love slow meals, bear hugs, snuggling up with my husband, our kids, and our animals — all of us tucked in, together. These are the times I hold close, the ones that fill my heart the most.
Quiet moments, simple joys, and the feeling of being fully here — these are the things that light me up... where my heart glows the brightest.

And then there are the hummingbirds — their wings fluttering so fast I hear them before I see them. Sometimes they hover inches in front of me, face to face. I spot ladybugs on leaves, bees resting on flowers, and lizards sunning on warm stones. I greet them all out loud, always amazed. I listen to the sounds around me and feel the shifts in the air — the warmth, the breeze… and a quiet kind of magic all around me.

My path to Reiki

It started with breathwork.

One day at home, I followed a guided session, and something shifted. I felt energy in my body like never before — especially in my hands. The sensation was powerful, almost electric, as if beams of energy were flowing from my palms. My dogs were nearby, and without thinking, I placed my hands toward them, offering whatever healing they might need.

And in that moment — I knew, in my heart, that something meaningful was happening. It brought me back to when I was a child. I said out loud, and then later to myself in prayer and meditation…I know there’s something more to this. I don’t know what it is or what it looks like. Please show me. Please guide me.

When I first came across the words Holy Fire Reiki, something lit up inside me. I had heard of Reiki before, but it never stirred anything in me — until that moment. I didn’t know what it was about the name, but it felt different. Intriguing. I felt a pull I couldn’t explain, like I had to learn everything I could. And from there, things unfolded naturally — from reading about it to taking my first class… to everything that followed. It all felt like a flow… one of my callings.

It brought me back to when I was a child, instinctively placing my hands on people or animals, trusting something I couldn’t explain.

Looking back, it feels like everything came full circle. That same feeling I had as a child — placing my hands with love and intention, not knowing why it felt so natural — washed over me in my first Reiki class. It didn’t feel like I was learning something new, but remembering something I’ve always known… a truth that had always lived within me.

Behind every visionary is her rock, and for Patty, that’s her husband Jason. Affectionately known as Reiki Living’s “CEO” (Chief Everything Officer), he’s the one who steps in with love and care so life keeps flowing — at home, with family, and in the business.

A retired Air Force veteran of 22 years, Jason has embraced a new kind of mission: supporting both their family life and Reiki Living, depending on what the moment calls for. When Patty is in creation mode — preparing for a class, planning a retreat, or working on a project — Jason takes care of the rest. At home, that means meals are cooked, kids and animals are cared for, errands are handled, and the daily rhythms of family life are steady. For the business, it means loading Reiki tables, setting up class spaces, filling Kangen water, helping with finances, and working alongside Patty to plan retreats.

My Team

Jason Smith

What makes the biggest difference is not just what Jason does, but the peace of mind his support brings. He and Patty work as a team, each stepping in for the other, so everything — from family to business — is cared for with love. He may not be in the spotlight, but his presence is felt in every class, retreat, and day at home. Reiki Living may be Patty’s calling, but it’s part of a life they’ve built together,

rooted in devotion, partnership and family.
